In Zoho Workdrive, several types of links can be generated to access files easily. If you want to create a public link that can be sent to anybody on the Internet to access your file, do as follow:

1. Make sure you file is in folder that has the authorization to share links externally.

2. Select your file in the wordrive

3. Click on "Share/New external share link"

4. Define your shared link settings
