Mass Updating Records in Zoho CRM

1. Create a filter to get a better view of the contacts, leads or accounts you want to mass update




2. Select all. Be careful if there are more than 100 you will have to repeat the operation until the last selected!



3. Select the field that needs to be updated - choose the new status - Update.
