Credit card : request payment information

If your customer should register their credit card or customer's credit card has expired, a secure link must be sent to the customer to register a card.

Go to Books: Sales - Customers - search customer's name - More - Request payment information - Mail - Send

Attention the link is encrypted, secure and valid for 7 days.
